On Thursday 5 May (next week), the school will be holding its annual cross country carnival. The carnival takes place at the school and will be in the morning session from about 9:20am. This is a whole school carnival with all grades taking part in a run of between 1km and 3km. Students in kindy will be accompanied on a 1km fun run with students from 456S. Students will sit in their house groups and perform cheers.
To help the carnival to be a success, we would like any parents willing to help on the day with helping to monitor and maintain safety on the course,as well as encourage students on the long run around our expansive grounds. A letter will be sent home on Thursday calling for helpers. If you can help, all you need to do is fill out the slip and return it to the school. We need helpers between 9:15am and 11:10am at the school site.
