The school will be holding its annual open day on Tuesday 2nd August. The day will begin with an assembly at 9:30am and followed by some time where parents can go into classrooms to share in their children's learning. Additionally, parents of prospective students for 2017 are invited to come to the open day and enjoy a tour of the school after the assembly led by one of our parents. An early lunch will be held for everyone with a sausage sizzle being provided by the P&C.
To help with preparing the school for the open day, the P&C will be holding a working bee. If you'd like to participate, there'll be a list of jobs to choose from – or you can opt to be assigned a task on the day (perhaps weeding, transplanting, etc.). You can choose to attend briefly or all day, according to your available time, skill or particular interest. With a few helping hands we can hopefully we can get a fair bit done. There will be a flier released over the next couple of days as well as an online link to express an interest.
