On Thursday we had an excellent school public speaking final. Our winners and highly commended were in no particular order, Molly, Archie, Asher, Zachary, Thomas, Billie, Marlow and Leah. Well done to all on an outstanding exhibition of speaking. Thanks to Ms Garner and Mrs Iriarte for their excellent organisation.
Happy Holidays This is the last week of our winter/spring term 3 and all students will be on holiday at the end of this week. It has been a busy and productive term with some outstanding learning and extracurricular activities. We look forward to seeing you all again on Monday 9 October. Remember that the first day of term 4 is never a staff development day. We are straight to the learning.
Kindy Orientation for 2018 As mentioned last week we are currently finalising our kindergarten enrolment for 2018 and will be holding orientation sessions for all 2018 kindergarten students on Thursday 26 October and Thursday 2 November. To attend these sessions an enrolment form is required. If you are enrolling a child into kindergarten in 2018 please come to the office and ask for an enrolment form and submit it before the end of this term.
Presentation Day 2017 - Save the Date Presentation Day is always a big event that we hold at the end of the school year. We like to have as many parents in attendance as possible and it always helps if you know the data so you can check your calendars and even arrange some time off from work commitments. Our presentation day for 2017 will be held on Thursday 14 December - the day before school breaks up for the year. This data is in the school calendar and we will endeavour to remind you about this regularly over the rest of the school year.
