Courtyard Shade Update
We had hoped this week to have our new shade structure fitted. The poles were to go in on Monday and the canopy on the Friday. Unfortunately, the cloth material that we have been waiting for is still not in the country. Although we could have elected to use another material, we have decided to wait. Consequently the shade structure will not be installed until the week beginning 2 December. We’ll keep you posted.
Leaving the School?
In order to finalise our numbers and correctly resource the school for 2020, could you please advise the school if you will not be coming back in 2020 - year 6 excepted. Some already have and thank you for that, but it helps if you formally let us know by emailing the main school email address at:

St Peters After-School Tech Club
We will be commencing our years 3 to 6 after-school Tech Club on Tuesday this week. If you returned a tech club note for your child last week, you will receive a final confirmation note on Monday 4 November. We are looking forward to learning and having fun with technology.
Uniform Proposal Update
We’re still looking for responses to our uniform proposal. At this point we have 44 responses with 2/3rd saying yes to the proposal and 1/3rd no. If you haven’t responded you can do so at: We would like you feedback: https://forms.gle/u2PyFAYeNYoEWcpw9 so we can get a more authentic response. Our next step assuming we improve the yes vote would be to have a public viewing of the new uniform items and finally there we will ask the P&C to organise a subcommittee to take the proposal forward. At this stage the current uniform is in place and you needn’t wait to purchase. No changes in the near future!

Home Reading Awards
When they have read 100 times at home they receive a special reading certificate. This certificate is equivalent to a bronze award.
