School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Our school event may include:

sports carnivals
open day and school tours
Harmony Week and Book Week events
excursions and incursions
performances, concerts or school productions
fundraising, charity and community events
award assemblies
graduation and other celebrations.

School Assembly

Days: Wednesdays, Odd weeks of the school term

Time: 2:15PM

School assemblies are hosted by alternating classes each fortnight. Check out our school newsletter for School Assembly dates.

P&C meeting

Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising.

Our objectives of the P&C are:

To give parents a voice and effectively represent the needs of parents and children of the school.
To fundraise for facilities and equipment to enhance the educational experience of St Peters Public School.
To provide a networking forum for parents.
To engender an overall sense of community in the school.

Sporting events
