Parent Portal

Our parent portal can be used by parents to:

  1. download newsletters;
  2. acquit against student attendance;
  3. book parent teacher interviews; and
  4. access  calendars;
  5. ask for changes in details provided to the school (phone numbers and addresses) and,
  6. download copies of school reports.

The Parent Portal is a place on the Internet for parents to gain access to attendance data, explain absences, download newsletters, book parent teacher interviews and access student reports. As you are new parents we felt it would be important to introduce this facility to you so that you can immediately use it to explain absences.

Features are being added to the portal all the time and we expect that this would become more and more useful.

Please log on to the Internet and register for access to our Parent Portal here:

You must use a valid email address to create your username. Once successfully registered you will be prompted to enter your username which is the email account you just entered, and the password you created. To see information from the school and to link to your enrolled children, enter the family access key provided by the school. This will be uniqe for each family. Please note that the access key is case sensitive so copy it into the box provided on screen or type it exactly as it appears in this letter.
